Fresh Talent Solutions, a division of Fresh Information Technology, was created in 2014 to meet a need amongst our clients for more than just a “placed” individual from an external employment agency. We provide a managed employee service to our clients where ICT professionals of varying qualification levels and diverse skills sets are provided on contract to our clients. More than a placement agency – in most cases, we work closely with our clients to understand their needs and vigorously recruit people who more than meet the criteria. We provide an ongoing employee assessment and development service as a value-add thereby ensuring ongoing monitoring and improvement of our people in our clients’ business environments. We take ownership over the service we provide to ensure that our clients are completely satisfied – not only with the placed professional, but with the ongoing process of engagement to ensure their alignment and continued development within our client organizations.
